At Red X Carbon, I serve as a Solutions Architect, working closely with clients to design, deliver, and optimize Microsoft-based cloud and security solutions. My role involves translating business and technical requirements into practical architectures, supporting complex enterprise environments, and coordinating with internal and partner teams to ensure successful project outcomes. I focus on enabling secure, scalable, and well-governed cloud adoption while aligning solutions with each client’s operational and strategic goals.

Innovapost, the technology arm supporting Canada Post, Purolator, and SCI Logistics, needed to modernize its legacy on‑premises email systems and rapidly enable large‑scale remote work during the COVID‑19 pandemic.
Red X Carbon was engaged to lead this transformation—migrating major logistics organizations to Microsoft 365, deploying Microsoft Teams as the primary collaboration platform, and ensuring operational continuity during unprecedented disruption.Working with Compucom, Red X Carbon executed a complex multi‑organization cloud migration, enabled Teams for thousands of users in record time, and drove communications and readiness to support mass remote‑work adoption. The team also delivered advanced tenant separation and implemented Intune and Autopilot to automate device provisioning at scale. As a result, Innovapost successfully transitioned to a modern cloud collaboration environment under intense time pressure, with automated deployment processes now supporting thousands of devices annually and ongoing partnerships continuing beyond the engagement.

Red X Carbon partnered with the newly formed Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) to unify the legacy technology environments of IIROC and MFDA following their merger.
The engagement focused on consolidating identity, email, and collaboration systems into a single, secure Microsoft 365 tenant and Active Directory environment—all while meeting strict regulatory, security, and compliance requirements. A phased, well‑orchestrated approach enabled seamless rebranding, operational continuity, and a consistent user experience across the new organization.The team resolved significant architectural complexity by merging two distinct hybrid and cloud environments into one cohesive platform. This included aligning on‑premises and cloud identity, migrating large volumes of Exchange Online mailboxes, and executing a full UPN/SMTP rebrand to @ciro.ca with zero mail‑flow disruption. The result was a secure, scalable, compliant foundation that modernized CIRO’s operations and positioned the organization for long‑term regulatory effectiveness and future growth.

Bombardier, a global aerospace leader, sought to simplify its complex Cisco-based telephony environment following years of organizational changes and cloud transformations.
With Microsoft 365 already established, Red X Carbon was brought in to design and execute the transition to Microsoft Teams Telephony—reducing cost and complexity while supporting mission‑critical devices such as shop‑floor phones, security systems, and emergency infrastructure in a regulated aerospace environment.Acting as Bombardier’s core architecture and program leadership partner, Red X Carbon resolved significant technical and operational challenges, integrated third‑party solutions where Teams was not yet sufficient, and course‑corrected a struggling deployment mid‑stream. The successful migration consolidated communications onto a single modern platform, improved user experience, reduced technology overlap, and positioned Bombardier for long‑term operational stability.
